Rules

To provide fair and equal chance of winning

to all MREEDS Ltd. customers,

the following are the
official rules for the Contest 'Win 100 Reeds!'

1. PARTICIPATION:
TO PARTICIPATE AT THE CONTEST IS NECESSARY

PURCHASE AT LEAST ONE (1)
PROFESSIONAL BASSOON REED,

MORE PURCHASES WILL IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open to all MREEDS Ltd. customers

of all the world, no limits of nationalities and age,

from now the customer will be named as participant.

3. HOW TO ENTER:
a. The participant must buy at least

one professional bassoon reed.
b. The participant will receive the reed/s,

the ticket/s with the unique code and a flyer.
c. The participant must stick the ticket/s

with the unique code on the flyer.
d. The participant has to take a picture at the flyer,

the photo must be clear with visible

codes on the tickets.
e. The participant must send the photo with

his/her name and address to:

info@win100reeds.com

4. FINAL PUBLIC RANDOM DRAWING:
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner

will be selected in a public random drawing
from among all eligible tickets with unique code

received and combined throughout the Contest Period.

Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend

on the number of tickets with unique code

received throughout the Contest Period.

5. AWARD CEREMONY:
The award ceremony will take place on

Saturday, 11 March 2023,

where ten (10) tickets with unique code

from ten (10) different participants will be drawn
through a final public random drawing.

One (1) of them will be the winner of the

grand prize - 100 reeds,

the other nine finalists will receive a discount coupon.
In case a finalist is drawn several times,

only the first ticket with unique
code drawn will be valid in order to have

ten (10) different finalists.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The Winner of the Contest will be contacted

at the "entry" email address used to enter the Contest,

and the person receiving and replying to the
winner announcement email will be considered the winner.
MREEDS Ltd. will mail the Contest prize to the address

supplied by the recipient of the winner

announcement email,

the shipping costs and customs fees

are on charge of the winner.

Claiming of prizes requires an email response to MREEDS Ltd.
from the winning sender email address

within 30 days of being notified of winning

at the email address used to enter.

Failure to respond shall mean that
the winner forfeits the prize.

In this case MREEDS Ltd. will award the finalist
number two (2) of the public final random drawing.

7. PRIVACY TERM:

The ten (10) finalists (grand prize winner and nine others) allow
to be named publicly during the final draw

and agree to have their names displayed
on any website, social media and advertising

without any further request.
Grand prize winner agrees to submit at least

two photos that prove the award delivery

and agrees that the photos may be used

by Mreeds Ltd. on any website,
social media and advertising without any further request.

8. MREEDS RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. MREEDS Ltd. is not responsible for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems,

servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof.
b. MREEDS Ltd. is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, undeliverable, destroyed,

garbled, postage-due, illegible, inaccurate, delayed or stolen entries or mail; or for lost, interrupted or

unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or

accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines,

or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or
misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors

or difficulties of any kind whether typographical, human mechanical, electronic, computer, network, printing

or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest,
including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or mail,

the announcement of the prize
or in any Sweepstake-related materials.
c. MREEDS Ltd. is also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users,

tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest.
d. MREEDS Ltd. is not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer
related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website.
e. MREEDS Ltd. may disqualify anyone from participating in the Contest or winning the prize (and void all associated entries)

if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such person is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the

Contest by cheating, deception or other unfair playing
practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass

any other entrant or MREEDS Ltd.'s representatives.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF
THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE,
SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
f. MREEDS Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend any portion of the Contest

for any reason, including should any cause corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest

and, in the event of termination, to determine the potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible

non- suspect entries received and combined up to

such time of impairment.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Except where prohibited by law,

as a condition of participating in this Contest,

entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest,

or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually,

without resort to any form of class action.

10. CHOICE OF LAW:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules,

or the rights and obligations of entrant and MREEDS Ltd.

in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws

of the State of Cyprus.
